By accessing or using the Streamline field service management platform, including our website and mobile application (the "Service"), operated by Thor Electric Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Streamline is a field service management platform that provides tools for job management, worker scheduling, timesheet tracking, real-time messaging, financial operations (quotes, invoices, and payments), material inventory management, safety compliance, and customer relationship management. The Service includes both a web application and a mobile application.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including job records, customer information, photos, timesheets, invoices, and communications. We do not claim ownership of your data.
By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account.
Photos taken through the app (job site photos, receipts, safety documentation) are stored securely in the cloud and associated with the relevant job records. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and upload any photos.
The Service facilitates payment processing for invoices through third-party payment providers (Stripe). By using the payment features:
The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thor Electric Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
